  I have been a client of Beverly's the Spa on 4th, on and off, for the last 20 years. I am pleased with the range of services offered and Paul, the owner, is super nice. The ladies who were there are great, especially Doris, who I see every two weeks for manicures. Amanda and Amy also deserve special mention! The only reason for the 4-star review is that the decor in the spa can use some updating.

  I have found the service at Spaon4th to be excellent: they do offer to take your coat; if you're having a microderm/facial/massage (and other body treaments) you're offered a lovely steam first and a robe and secure locker (plan to get there early so you can steam before your appointment, or after if it makes sense for your treatment) and tea/juice/water are all available. The pedis I've had have all been wonderful and well-paced (eg. not the cuticle-tearing quickie pedi where you're wincing etc) and estheticians (pedis, facials, massage, microderm) well-trained, appropriately social and providing suggestions for your individual needs. Regarding products, I like dermalogica skincare products available at Spaon4th and recommend that anyone who wants to invest in beautiful skin get started right away. Should have started in my 30's!

  I took my mum for an early Mother's Day spa day at Beverly's this weekend. We had Vichy scrubs and massages, and we were in heaven! We arrived early to enjoy the steam room and some refreshing beverages before our scrub treatment. Currently, the April promotion includes a scalp treatment with the Vichy scrub and we loved it! We came out feeling clean (cleaner than ever), re-hydrated, relaxed and smelling wonderful. After our scrubs, we had massages. It felt like we were able to absorb all the hydration that came with the massage oils.

  Melanie, Doris and Paul (the manager) took wonderful care of us! All of the staff are friendly and helfpul. We left feeling relaxed (stress-free even) and pampered! It was a lovely and wonderful afternoon at the spa and we will definitely be back in the future!

  You can tell that they use high end products and the staff are well-trained, courteous and accommodating. They take the time to get to know the areas that need attention for you. I was recently in a car accident and could only have light pressure, so Melanie was very careful to make sure that she checked in regularly regarding pressure. My mum has been struggling with some sciatica and Doris made sure that she was comfortable and that she addressed her problem areas.

  I had an excellent gel pedicure here, the lady who did my nails had a spanish accent, unfortunately I don't remember her name, but she did a fantastic job. She was quiet and allowed me to relax while she did the work. The pedicure and polish lasted a good 4 weeks and was still going strong when I removed it (my nails had grown too much). The communal room with the chairs was bright and quiet because I was the only one there - I could imagine it getting a bit loud if all chairs were in use. Lovely view towards the mountains, really nice on a sunny day. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I found the price to be too high. I paid 99$ for a gel pedi and I think that's a bit too much.

  I am picky with salons but here I felt very well taken care of and am definitely coming back for further treatments :) They use the Dermatologica skin line, which I am a big fan of.

  Amy is an absolute sweetheart and I highly recommend her! I had my lashes and brows done and got a pedicure. Yes, this place is on the pricier side, but very worth it in my eyes. I found the atmosphere very relaxing and the staff was very polite and friendly. I was not rushed at all and felt like it was the perfect place for a relaxing afternoon. Amy took into consideration everything I wanted, e.g. having my eyebrows plucked, not waxed, and not having them cut. Haven't been as happy with my brow shaping experience in a long time!
