  I’ve have only owned a beach cruiser in the past, so not knowing anything more about bikes I was so happy to find a place that not only was patient while I asked my silly questions, but was willing to help me pick the right bike for me. I even got some accessories to help me customize it.

  After checking out their website before I went in, I had a few bikes that I was interested in. The coolest part was that they let me test ride not one, but several bikes that I had it narrowed it down to. I was super impressed and felt like they went above and beyond, even though they seemed to be handling a lot of customers.

  I didn’t know after you buy a nice new bike, it’s just like breaking in anything new, you want to make sure it’s running properly. They recommended I come in after about 10-15 hours of riding for a free tune-up to tighten bolts, it’s completely normal, and check everything is working smoothly.

  I ended up with the Amsterdam Royal 8… love, love, love it! And they hooked me up with free tune-ups for the first year. Doesn’t get much better than this.

  Worst bike shop in Vancouver by far, between my girlfriend and I we own 11 bikes, including some expensive mountain bikes, when I went to denman looking for a cruiser the sales guy had no work to do, I knew what I wanted and it was in stock. I left with my bike feeling pretty good, I got up the block, the chain kept falling off, the rear wheel slipped and wedged against the frame and I noticed the rear hub was very loose, I took the bike back to have the issues resolved and the owner wanted to charge me for the shop time, told me all their bikes are professionally assembled and that it must have been something I did to the bike (which I had had for an hour at this time). I became frustrated and said that I wasn't interested in being a customer there anymore and wanted my money back "justice" the owner (ironic I know) refused, he just hid behind his "best bike shop in Vancouver" award awarded by brooks saddles, big whoop, they probably get it for selling the most brooks saddles in Vancouver, who cares. Honestly save your time and money Canadian tire has better service and return policy, these guys charge for everything, including AIR to pump your tires up! Really?! It's a foot pump! Lend out a foot pump! I will never go back there as long as I live. Look at other reviews, I'm honestly shocked they are in business, preying on tourists I guess.
