  Hire a worker that can actually work fast and understand what the customers want. If youre going to have one worker, you better make sure she can do her stuff quickly.

  It was my first visit to Kokopelli café today. I tried their grilled roasted yams wrap which was new on the menu as I was told by the barista, gluten free quinoa-date bar and coffee latte. The wrap was very fresh and pretty big, coffee was very good. They also have frozen food that they make in house, like quiches, mac’n’cheese…

  I don't understand why there is only one person working in the shop which made service extremely slow. Had to wait for her to slowly make a drink of someone elses before she took my order, she did not look like she even tried to be quick with it.

  First drink gave the wrong topping, which wasn't that bad. On the second drink though... We asked for a coconut bubble tea with lynchee topping but the worker misheard even though she repeated the order. She gave a lychee drink with no topping , and when she was confronted she tried to explain that the coconut drink was almost the same as the lychee drink that she had made.

  What I love about this cafe is that it is open to the local crowds. The play area is spacious. The toys are cleaned and functioning. The washroom is on point and it even has a kids sink!! I would recommend their lattes! I got one today made by Lyda (barista) and added one pump vanilla!

  This place boasts comfort. The music is great. Not too loud. And there is 2 hour parking available on the street. I will definitely be back with my family for sure.

  The staff is well taken care of by the new owners Julia and Paul! They have paid attention to detail when it comes to creating an open space for the families to come to the cafe.
