    Image looks better than the taste. I wish they called it cookies and ice cube frap.

    Manager kicked me out of cafe, because I have finished my drink and wanted to work online on my laptop. She explained it as during busy hours many customers coming and leaving their cafe because there is not enough space to sit, therefore she asked me to leave.

    Old Blenz location turned into the new Take Five cafe.

    Run of the mill lifeless corporate coffee shop with ok at best coffee. Ok at best staff involvement. That being said their interior is tastefully designed and their chai is delicious.

    I love treating myself to a Cappuccino each day and the staff is friendly, I dont wait in long lines and the one time my Cap got grabbed by someone eles (haa) the staff was on it right away! :)

    The worst customer service I have seen so far in Vancouver. Manager on duty on 10 of May 2017.

    Had their cookies and cream ice frap.... seemed like I was drinking/munching on an endless amount of little ice cubes. Not to mention the straw kept getting clogged because it wasn't big enough to handle the ice cubes size.

    Great coffee! One of the only latte's that are almost perfect in Vancouver. The staff is pleasant, washrooms are clean.
