  Staff will pretend to help you, judge you and never let you test drive and will never get back to you. After coming 6 times, I had to ask for the manager to get a test drive. It is a 100k+ fully electric car. What do you expect? Would you expect me not to treat drive it before buying it? Pricing aside, I have a gas sport car. I want to be able to compare performance.

  As soon as we walked in we told the guy that we were visiting from Australia, so we won't be buying a car! He still took the time to chat to us about these amazing vehicles and was very knowledgeable. I great ambassador for the product (and the town). Now we definitely want a Tesla.

  A great little show room with friendly, knowledgeable staff. If you want to hop into a Model X and tinker around with its fancy futuristic dash, this is the place to go to!

  Hard to imagine an organization trying to provide better service. They really do a nice job. The cars of course are amazing but do require more service then one would want. Of course I would never own anything else.

  Really, go there only to look at the car, touch it, feel it. The rest can be done online. The staff doesn't make a difference at all. Sigh...I prefet dealing with humans rather than a computer screen. But in that case...better off with a computer screen.

  The car is a beauty and drives amazingly after I finally got the test drive. Many driving options to make it feel like a manual sport car. But I had to find it out by myself. The staff want even aware of all options.

  Same staff behaviour applies to both shops in Vancouver unless I've been to the worst 2 shops in the world and talked to the 6 worst employees ever.

  They did a great job showing the car. They answered all my questions.
