  We rented a car to go to Kelowna from this company. We needed a big car preferably an SUV but the city was sold out and they only had a regular car. The car was new and we had no problems with it but we would have preferred a bigger car.

  The employee at the car rental was friendly and got all the paperwork ready fast. It was very convenient that they were located in the lobby of the hotel. The best part it was that we didn't have to pay for parking since we rented the car from them. This saved us a lot of money. Would be giving them 5 stars if they had a bigger car for us.
