  Super friendly, good rates. The first car we rented had some issues, we called in and they had no problem exchanging it for a new car. If I'm in Vancouver again, they would definitely will be my first choice!

  I was very happy with the service here, the rental and their communication. They were the only rental place open on a holiday when I really needed a car and were very accommodating and professional.

  I rented a snow tire vehicle over the week. Had a good experience, car was great. Especially like the fact they will guarantee a vehicle class with snow tires. Recommend them to anyone and will be using them again for my next rental.

  Ive been renting from these guys for a while now. Very happy with the service and cars are all brand new. Raquel is great and very helpful.

  Didn't think this place was shady when I picked up the car but when I was an hour late they charged me $30 more which is ridiculous. The male receptionist who was an Asian guy was super rude to say the least wish I got his name but I was so frustrated with his behavior. On the other hand the vahicle inspection guy was amazing. He should be working in a better position than that. Both the stars are for him not for the company.
