  Very good service, for my first time driving abroad the staff made me feel extremely comfortable and placed me into a very nice dodge charger which was white with grey interior. They took their time to explain the road signs in Vancouver and greeted me with a smile not once , made me feel comfortable and the price was very reasonable. They dropped me to the airport at the end for free of charge. would certainly rent from here again.

  A great experience - would highly recommend. They sent a confirmation email a few days before my reservation with complete information and instructions about what to do after arriving at the airport: very reassuring. Called them for a ride from the airport to the rental agency, and they came and picked me up. Had to request a minivan to pick up my whole family, and they complied. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dropped us off at the airport in our own car so that we didn't have to transfer luggage again. Top notch service. Great, clean car. 10/10. Thanks, guys.

  I rented a car for week through Vancity Rentals and had the pleasure of dealing with Omar at the front desk. My situation was a little more unique than others and he moved heaven and earth to make sure that everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend! Thanks again Omar!

  Great location in downtown Vancouver. Friendly staff team. Easy pick up, easy after-hours drop. Been renting with these guys for 3 months now. Always got new cars, never had any problems so far. They also have a "frequent renter" program where you can earn points & rewards.

  Great selection of new cars. This location is also close to my apartment. Ditched Avis on Hornby street to rent here frequently now... Dropping off cars after hours is super easy and convenient for me
