  I'm so disappointed in the way Milo treated me when I had my German radio removed from my 500 SEC

  It was in perfect working order ,I replaced it with a tape deck . I asked the young mechanic to put the German radio in the box he replaced the new tape deck but neverput my Original radio to the car back in the box. I called to report they didn't put my German original to the vehicle back in the box as asked. When I called to say I was coming to get it I got all kind of excuses and Milo was disturbingly nasty! In another transaction with Milo, I had a beautiful pair of headlights with wipers that I requested be installed in my 500 SEC but Milo informed me they wouldn't fit my vehicle,so not needing them I left them with him,as I didn't have a need for them ( no charge to Milo) .All I asked was for my original perfectly working radio returned as requested and he never returned it to me, telling me to buy another one!! Why should I have to do that!

  They wanted to charge 4 hours of labor 400 bucks. It took me 15 minutes and ONE screwdriver. It is so hard to find honest mechanics.

  I will never take my Vintage 380 SL or my 500 SEC to him if he was the only mechanic in town. His costs were always outrageous,I've learned a very valuable lesson on trusting Milo European Motors and run the other way,you have been warned.

  Great service. Started coming here when i bought a used Mercedes and got Milo to check it out before I bought it. Been a customer ever since. . Milo is very nice and honest about fixing your vehicle. .
