  I booked a Groupon for the mobile detailing and was pleased when 4 guys showed up, and they were early too! They got to work right away and were quick and efficient. They did a great job. I am a Realtor and having a clean car is important to me. The convenience of having them come to me is incredibly valuable. They were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to my friends, family and colleagues.

  Wow! Great service!! Raj and Joey came to my work and made my 9 year old car look new again! I was selling it and wanted it to look great and boy did it ever! The new owner sure appreciated the work they did. So convenient having them come to me.

  I had a terrible experience with Define Autocare. I purchased a Groupon and I booked my first appointment. They never advised me I needed to be ready for a call so, as promised, I left the keys in my office so they could access my vehicle. They ended up not showing. The next time I booked they showed up 1.5 hours late. I was also in a meeting this time, but I went out to give them the keys and get them going. They started complaining that it was raining and it would be much better if I take it to their shop. I didn't have time to deal with them, so after mentioning my preference a couple of times for them just to do it, I said fine and asked them to text me the info for the shop. They never texted. So, finally, when I called to try to book at their shop, I never got a return call. Groupon was good and gave me a full refund, but I would recommend staying away from these guys. This was supposed to be a good way for me to save time, but I would have been much better off just taking it in to a local shop.

  Joey & Raj are professional and friendly. Booking an appointment online is easy. With help from 2 others they detailed my car inside and out in an hour and a half. Their mobile service is very convenient. I'll definitely book them again.
