  I use this place mainly in the fall and winter when it's not ideal to handwash my vehicles outdoors. You can expect a pretty decent wash. Regardless of which option I choose the back of my car is always left a little dirty. It's just the way the brushes clean the vehicle. This happens on both my car and van. I like getting the undercarriage washed especially in the winter to get rid of any road salt buildup. But the tire shine option is terrible. It leaves your tires looking blotchy.

  More importantly, there are other issues with that car wash. Once, it caused the car side protection strip to detach and later on that day it snapped out on the highway. It could have cause a serious accident when it flew in the air in the middle of the busy highway!

  I could complain about the prices being a little high but it’s open 24 hours and it’s so well taken care of and well-maintained that it still looks brand new, and the equipment works great! The vacuum actually last enough minutes that you can vacuum a filthy car on one token. If I know it’s worth it I am OK with paying a little more. Shine auto wash is worth it!

  If you absolutely need a car wash then this is will do. They are very efficient with how they move the cars through so the lines move quick. However, it isn’t touchless so there is a lot of contact made with your vehicle with their brushes. When my car was done, there were still some dirt areas in the back. Given how quick you move through the wash, it did a decent job.

  Great wash. Fast and clean. Don't believe the complains about swirls. It more likely caused by rough hand washing than this machine.

  Very poor service each time I go. I went to this car wash several times. The car is never washed properly.

  The last time I went was last Sunday. I paid extra to have triple soap, thinking that this time it would do a proper job. When my car came out, the roof and the windows were still very dirty. I was in a rush to go so I phoned the next day to report it. Since I work 10 to 12 hour a day, it was not possible for me to go back to show them the bad result of the wash as it twas suggested to me. Being aware of the fact that work long hours daily, the guy on the phone said I could email the manager. So I did send an email on Monday, attaching photos of the car with dirt and leaves still stuck on the car. The manager did not even acknowledge my email with any response. I am never going back there. That is beyond poor service and professionalism.
