  i spoke over the phone to one of the employee in the Abercrombie store at Pacific Centre Vancouver, his name is CHRISTIAN, he is soooo RUDE, SARCASTIC! hes really not helping customer. if there is a negative star? thats what i will give to him. plus my order is sooo delayed for almost a week now in my estimated delivery time. and he said ist only 5 days delayed and it not our problem, I really wanna swear to you man! your not supposed to work there, you dont deserve that work!

  The hiring practices are noticeably more relaxed at this location, which is good. But for certain customers (i.e., me) A&F's image will always be associated with Mike Jefferies and his "ideals" during his long tenure. I've never owned anything from A&F and probably never will. That said, what I've tried on fits well enough, and while I've considered purchasing sale items, A&F is never good enough to compel me to give them money.

  Pleasant enough shop. I often order items online and then collect them directly from the shop. The staff is always helpful and patient.

  Bought some clothes online, had to make an exchange and return and everything went smoothly. Store is what you'd expect plus good customer service.

  I've watched​ Mad TV and this Abercrombie & Fitch is not as good.. it's located in the basement of Pacific Center Mall. Wheelchair accessible.

  A&F is going the way of the Gap: permanently established heavy discounts and weekly deals in an attempt to draw customers, and it works; people are still buying A&F hoodies and moose-embroidered polo and collared shirts. I don't get it. I guess I'm not cool enough.
