Apple and this outlet wasted many hours of my time related to an iPhone 6 battery replacement.

There’s always so many people working but little help can any of them actually give you except shove new product down your throat. Which I find their product knowledge always lacking. If you’re just looking it up on the apple page, I can do that too. Not really what they’re paid for right?

1 year old iPhone 7plus with Apple care stop working, spend an hour on the phone with costomer service, was told to bring it to a store. Spend a total of 2 hours at the store to be told that it needed to be replaced but they had to send it in to depot and if I wanted a replacement I would need to buy anither phone temporarily??????? Apple doesn't care???

I was not informed in any previous visit that Apple would not service the phone if a non-apple tech had performed any work.

At this location, there are many friendly staff swarming around trying to sell you a product. However when it comes to standing behind their product they are not reliable. Apple has decided to intentionally slow down this phone, offered a cheaper battery replacement to correct for this, but then refuses to replace the battery after many wasted appointments.

My phone is old and needed a new battery. I visited the Oakridge apple store once (to book an appointment for a tech to examine the phone), twice (my appointment was not honoured by Apple store and I could not wait around for 2 hours for the next available one), three times (a tech examined the phone, determined a new battery was needed) then the last time, the fourth. During this visit, a tech determined that the battery had already been replaced by a non-apple tech (I had the battery previously replaced about a year ago at one of the mall kiosks. This work was performed well and I had no problems with the battery until it wore out).

Quite frustrating when you feel you have simple problem and your responded with we can help you in 2 hours or perhaps 7 days. Maybe have your sales force crossed trained to do genius stuff as well? So that when there’s 12 staff and only 4 customers other people can get their stuff looked at and or worked on!

Not sure what's happening to Apple but the service quality is really going downhill.

Been there a few times trying to buy an iPhone... and these guys just ignore me... I stand around waiting for someone and try flag them down but they simply don’t come over... maybe it’s because I look a little older... now I’m assuming Apple’s philosophy includes ageism??? Wow!

It’s a nasty feeling... I think this is the last time I want to leave that Oakridge store having been made to feel like a second class citizen.

This Apple store at Oakridge doesn't even deserve one star. There are too many "customer care specialists" who stand around and repeat the same canned response. Really useless and it is obvious this store hasn't done a good enough job in training its personnel. The floor manager, like Christina, is usually no better. They just repeat exactly what the front line minions say, but with a lot more arrogance. I have several Apple products, but every time I go to this store for warranty (Applecare) attention or buy accessories, the treatment is the same. Don't waste your time looking for customer service from this store as they don't know what it means.
