  Superior service in the copy/print section of Staples. Eve though it was ludicrously busy, the manager helped me get the best quality of prints and saved me hours of work, frustration, and money. THANK YOU.

  Terrible customer service. If you buy an item that cannot fit in their plastic bags, they will leave it on the counter for you to carry in your hands. Had I known it, I would have brought my own shopping bag - of course I am not going there again!

  I usually love going into staples as I am an avid customer and go in quite often. Unfortunately today I received some of the worst service from a superior employee. I began my visit with asking the first person i saw a trainee Josephine a younger girl to find me a box of staples copy paper in the pink box. She was unsure and asked her superior his name being a Ted an older fella. He immediately shot me down said it was a seasonal paper for breast cancer awareness month having purchased this paper all year around i told him and he still said i was wrong and was very rude to me and the trainee. If I could rate my service as 0 or anything below I would. Terrible, terrible service from Ted the supervisor at Royal centre location. I will not shop there again, I'd pay the delivery fee over getting treated like that. I recommend going to a different location If you must shop at staples

  If I could give it no stars I would. We ordered a folding photo frame for my mom and stepdad for Christmas. They receieved 12 document frames after the new year. Called and they said to return it to staples store. So thats what they did. Never ended up receiving what we actually ordered and they won't refund our $186. So my parents never got their gift and we never got our money back. Have called them repeatedly and they have been nothing but a pain in the a$$.
