  Advertising is fantastic for this company, ease of application makes for an intuitive process as well. Too bad it's all they have. Associates to give incorrect information and double back with excuses, was rudely spoken to twice by two different associates. Was told 6-8 hours for paperwork and within 24 for funds, I'm now 23 hours for paperwork and almost 24 for funds (which I haven't received). Choose a better service if possible.

  Horrible company. They keep harassing me and won't close my account. They have no human help center just bot chat. No call center and zero ethics. Close my God damned account you vultures!

  I am joining the ever increasing disgrunted users of Mogo. Just like today, I got an email about my almost rockstar (Mogo said) credit rating of 843 points which is needing 7 more points to reach the ultimate (again according to Mogo. Before my superstar credit rating (I said), Mogo posted a pre-approved $5K credit allowable. As I test with my currently improved score, I tried to ask for an increase of loan to $10K. Mogo adjusted my allowable credit to $1K. What can you categorize this Company? I call it a "FCB" - Fake Credit Bureau? I immediately contacted Mogo and requested Ashley to remove me from their records.

  Mogo's advertising practices are awful and misleading. Do not send me an email offering me something to then only have it work on IOS. Super dumb move. Avoid this company and you will save yourself time and anger!

  Took 3 attempts to pay off a loan over 6 months so paid way more interest than was informed you can only arrange payment within a certain window before your due date so the first attempts didn't work because they where outside this untold to me window just a cash grab and when you try to question there so called happiness experts about why your getting screwed of you hard earned money they disconnect you if I could I'd give them 0 stars stay clear of these guys
