  My boyfriend from the Philippines ordered flowers online from City Garden Florist and had it delivered in Richmond BC. It was the best Valentine's surprise!

  I ordered sympathy flowers online for my friend and picked out a beautiful, coloured arrangement. I ordered the flowers around 8am in the morning. Around 12 I realized that I hadn't received a confirmation email or response from my friend. I called the shop, and no answer. I proceeded to call over and over again every hour, but no one picked up. I also emailed regarding the status of my order and no one picked up. Finally the flowers were delivered at 3:30pmhalf hour before my friend would get off work. They hand wrote my message on a small card with very poor writing that was not legible. Also the arrangement did not look at all like the arrangement that I had chosen. It was very cheap looking with only one similar flower. I am very unhappy with this service. Spending over $70you would think you would think you would receive a beautiful bouquet. This company seems to be cheating their customers of quality and service.
