Willing to take care of details we concerns. She was prompt, professional and attentive to every detail. We were treated with respect and dignity. From the welcome we received at the door to the intentional and deliberate attention to detail during the funeral we appreciated and benefited from a long history of caring for families.

  Valerie runs a tight ship, she is very professional, accurate but at the same time, gentle, kind and compassionate. She helped us with organizing a viewing ceremony and then sending the remains to Europe. Her help was tremendous as we couldn't do it without her expertise.
