  Stratus Sofa is incredible. Fell asleep on it watching a movie, it was so comfy.The sofa was more enjoyable than the film. Also a very user friendly website perfect for technology deficient people like myself. Would recommend this product to anyone. The customer service at Expand is also top notch. Great family business with unique concepts, much different from anywhere else in Vancouver.

  What I wasn't happy with was the service of this place. When I placed my order online I added notes to be notified when it would arrive or to call and give me a heads up. After about a week I reached out to the business through e-mail inquiring about the status of the order and came home that day to see that I had a missed delivery. Was not happy about this as I would have taken off time to ensure I was there for the deliver if I knew. Adam and Doug through a series of e-mails said they would rectify the matter and said they scheduled a re-delivery for Friday. I took the day off and waited... and waited... and contacted them again. IT DID NOT ARRIVE.

  In terms of the product it was solid and as described, very happy with it which is why it's 2 start and not one.

  I took a leap of faith ordering the pratico bed a year ago based on their very determined online advertising. It's very deep and can fit lots of stuff. The lifting mechanism was really easy to operate (just add the mattress once you install the pistons to get it down). when the mechanism began to fail in the fall, I called Adam to see what could be done. They've sent a replacement part and I'm very happy with the continued customer service.

  The couch arrived, and we love it. It came in perfect condition, and the delivery people were super. I paid them extra to unpack, put in place, and set up. They knew what they were doing, were clean and polite, and got the job done perfectly. Definitely worth the extra fee.

  I've had such a great experience with Expand furniture over the last two years. The table is fantastic and the customer service is even better.

  They apologized statiing it was an issue with the carrier and asked me if I wanted it rescheduled AGAIN. Unfortunately not everyone has the ability to keep taking time off for these things so I ended up buying a trolley to pick it up myself since it was fairly heavy. Though they were courteous in the end the result was nothing and out of pocket for the trolley. Would not buy from this place again.
