The employee I dealt with today was very friendly. The store is nicely laid out with good flow. It felt warm and cozy next to the downpour outside!

Where to begin: Firstly, what I described was absoultely a settee. Secondly, a loveseat is not a settee. Thirdly, there is no such thing as a 'chaise lounge' - it's a chaise longue. Fourthly, a chaise longue is for one person (it literally means 'long chair'). And lastly, even though I explained to her repeatedly that we were not looking for a chaise, she kept trying to show us chaises.

This person was the worst kind of ignorant - a stupid person who thinks she's smart. To be fair, I did expect this behaviour from her; as she had the moronic glaze in her eyes of a solipsist. She needs to be trained properly and talked to sternly about her attitude, or she needs to be fired. I'm embarraseed for her employers.

Big store. 2 floors. The stuff here are pricey, but is made of excellent quality and will last a very long time, so its worth it in the long run. Employees are helpful in finding what you're looking for.

I ordered a bathroom vanity console from this location in March and have experienced numerous issues including a two week delay placing the order, items lost in the warehouse after arrival, items still missing upon delivery. Communication was an issue throughout the process and I can't count how many times I've heard "this never happens".

This order was finally completed after four months. The entire process was frustrating and aggravating. That said, I've given them three stars (up from my original one) because the store manager, Sean, has gone above and beyond to remedy the situation and provide us with compensation. It's refreshing to find a large company that still values customer experience and offers more than half hearted apologies when they fail to deliver.

I went there the other day with my wife. We were looking for a settee. An older brunette woman dressed all in black came up and asked us if we needed help. I explained that we were looking for a settee. I described what we were looking for. She snickered and said 'THAT'S not a settee! What you're looking for is a chaise lounge'. She then pointed at a loveseat and said 'THAT'S a settee!' She then said 'if you're going to use the terminology, you should get it right!'.
