  Since that problem happened. I email to district manager in bc through email. He was very helpful and logically talked with us. We only asked for exchange with defected part what they deliver. It was so simple asking to store exchange what they made wrong way...still don’t understand what’s wrong with store floor staff.

  I went home and bought a nearly identical set on Wayfair.ca for a lower price, which should arrive next week.

  Modern and good looking nice, BUT HORRIBLE CUSTOER SERVICE. If you thinking purchase the furniture NEVER GET IT FROM THIS STORE. They don’t have any customer service mind. When you have product problem what you purchased, definitly they will LIE to you. Manager and all sales persnon they are not honest and very RUDE!! When you have problem with furniture, they will gonna blame you and avoiding their fault. Horrible experineced!!

  I purchased a table and 4 chairs on September 30, 2017. The staff told me that the items were not currently available, but would arrive by mid to late January. That was fine with me since I wouldn't be home much between the purchase date and January. I called them on January 11, 2018 to ask when I should expect them. The woman who answered the phone said, "Maybe March?" Um, are you asking me "Maybe March?" or telling me that you really have no idea and the best I could hope for was March? Turns out it was the latter. She was entirely unapologetic and didn't give any reason why they didn't contact me to advise me of the additional delay. They had my phone number and email address, and I certainly wasn't keen to wait 6+ months for a mid-level, non-customized dining set that it no better quality than Ikea.

  This store has a lot of cute furniture at an affordable price so you can be trendy whole saving a few bucks. The reason I am giving it a lower rating than five star is because of the attitude of sales associates, not all but the two I dealt with. They made some sarcastic comments towards me, they were rude and I got the impression that they judged me because I wasn't dressed fancy when I went in so to them they thought I wasn't going to buy - mind you I was furnishing a complete apartment and I was very disappointed that such a nice store didn't do a good job of training their staff. Yes I blame the training not the two "kids" - they're young and didnt know better, they weren't taught with well manners but the company hired them so it's their responsibility to make sure every guest gets a fair treatment.

  I went to the store and got my money back today, but only after offering them the opportunity to redeem themselves by helping me find another set. My husband and I were the only ones in the store and not one of the 4 sales associates offered an ounce of help. There was no manager on site that day unfortunately, but I suppose fortunately for the loitering employees.

  I called their corporate customer service line, and they offered no help. They said a store order had to be handled by the store. I asked if the stores were franchises, and the agent responded that they are all corporate-owned. I've never heard of a head office not being able to support with a purchase from a corporate-owned store.

  I would not recommend this store. I am from Quebec where Structube has a decent reputation, but the experience I had with them in Vancouver was very aggravating.

  They have stylish furniture at really cheap prices. Quality is, however, at the same level as Ikea. Staff are friendly and helpful. A solid choice for furniture nowadays, as everything is overpriced out there. If I were in my 20s, I would probably furnish my whole olace from Structube and Ikea. Thank God I'm past that, but would still grab pieces from here.
