Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. The employees are downright rude and only care about themselves. I only checked out their services because I heard they had a free one week trial. However, a staff member suckered me into purchasing a membership. But not only that, she pressured me into purchasing 3 personal training sessions that I told her I didn't want. Altogether they took over $300 from me and it took over a month to get a refund. I absolutely regretted stepping foot into that "establishment" and I HIGHLY advice everyone else to avoid this gym at all costs!!!!

I will NEVER recommend this club or company to anyone. Proceed with caution.

I have been a member with Steve Nash Fitness rather uneventfully for almost 13 years. All was fine, if not entirely satisfactory, until mid-December 2017, when I was charged nearly $800 for personal training packages I did not sign up for. Despite the club acknowledging their error, I have yet to see a refund, nearly a month later.

Just don't go. They treat you like your just another dollar for them, not a valued customer like they should be.

Avoid this place like the plague. I tried to sign up for the 7-day free trial in hopes of just checking out the gym, seeing how I like it, how busy it is, equipment etc. As soon as I did so, the harassment from management began. The manager tried to persuade me to pay for my membership before even using the 7-day trial saying, "they are raising prices tomorrow and that I'll get the best price by signing up right now." I declined as I obviously wanted to take advantage of the trial. In the following days I received 5 emails, 2 text messages, and multiple phone calls from the club trying to get me to buy the membership. I again refused and politely asked them to stop contacting me on my cellphone as I found it unprofessional of them (not to mention annoying and really weird for a gym to do). Needless to say, they did not stop phoning, emailing and texting for about a week after I asked them not to.

If I could give 0 I would. Was "highly recommended" (ie forced) into signing up a membership. Just as well my debit card was unable to be signed up to allow direct debit at the time. Managed to say no to the ridiculously expensive personal training session but was offered a free session. Went to the gym for the free lesson and really hated it as yet again they tried to sell me the personal training package. I called back within 10 days to cancel my membership and was again told I would benefit from personal training (seriously how many times!). The sales person also lied and said they need my debit card detail to cancel my membership. Finally I was able to get to the gym to cancel my membership and found out two days later that not only had they not return my first month fee I paid they had used my debit card detail to automatically charge me next month's fees! Now I have to go to the bank to cancel my debit card. Honestly....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Went because my wife ran into a promoter on the street who gave her a "2 weeks free card". I underwent a tour touting how amazing they are and then they said I had to sign up write away in order to get a student discount for $40 a month and no signing fee. I decided to join and just as I was about to pay they mentioned that there would still be a signing fee of $50, her mistake. I still signed up. The gym was crowded, the equipment old, and their treadmills slipped when you ran at a fast pace. Every day they had some promotion trying to get you to get your fiends to join. I decided to cancel and went through the refund process. 2 months later I hadn't received my money. I emailed my a manager at the gym I went too and never heard back. Finally called in to their headquarters and they "didn't have my credit card information on file" so couldn't process it. They'd never contacted me about the error. I very rarely write bad reviews because as a business owner myself I know how devastating they can be. My experience with Steve Nash Fitness was so bad I felt that others need to be warned to stay away if you are in the process of choosing a gym. Their monthly fees appear low you but you have a $100 signing bonus and a $60 equipment maintenance fee. It works out to still being relatively pricy.
