    This place is a phenomenon in the DIY/small construction supply industry. The staff make it great. It goes back to the truth that people are your business, and the proof is there.

    This is the best lumber store on the Westside. They have a fantastic BBQ section. Tools, and household supplies besides the lumber side. Highly recommend this place great customer service.

    Disappointing - wanted to exchange a $6 item as original was too large...paid cash but did not have invoice. Despite being able to scan the item and evidence that it was bought/paid two days ago, they declined the exchange : (. I donated the original back to the store as it appears they need the $6 more than I do! Also, bit short-sighted on their part as I spend a reasonable amount of $$ every year and am equidistant to Dunbar Lumber who also serves up free popcorn to my kids.

    Good selection of items -- I like shopping here. Was recently able to exchange a mailbox I purchased for a different color with no problems.
