  Alway excellent customer service and I never feel talked down to like some places do (especially as a woman), which I really appreciate. My only suggestion would be longer hours....5:30 is just too early in this city, and there aren't really any other hardware stores in walking distance that have the variety that's here. Keep up the good work!

  You walk in with a strange light bulb issue, an electrical thingy that doesn't work, what tool do I need for the job, and any of these guys will take you by the hand and show you your options.

  Example: I went in to get a rare T4 light bulb after calling every lighting shop I could Google. Some said I would have to special order for big $$$. Some said they wouldn't even order it.

  Staff here suggested I use a slightly different size, and if it didn't work, I couldn't bring it back and they'd order the one I needed.
