  Child abduction and parental alienation is what Jonas promotes for his clients as a means to gain custody in dissolutions. Children should never be used as a tool or leverage to gain more of a financial advantage.

  this guy will clean your bank account with his frivolous filings. he writes inflammatory letters and in my case he revealed my personal medical records to people that have nothing to do with my case. google his name. he has many cases where he kept filing and bankrupted his OWN clients and then sued to take their homes to pay for his misconduct. he is a terrible person and lacks ethics. i filed with the law society against him and his methods. one other thing. he sends the opposing attorneys filings with pages missing, scan that are cut off at an angel and scans too dark to read. he does this so he can charge all over again to resend the correct information. he thinks people wont notice his MO. but doing everything twice is standard operating procedure for this guy. he constantly waits days to file so he can file on Saturdays and after hours on Fridays. this costs his clients more but they think its because "he is working hard for them" don't be fooled by this unscrupulous person. he is just the one at the bottom of the barrel. there are plenty of good lawyers around. if your lawyer, like this guy, tells you not to negotiate, then find a new lawyer.

  If he takes that poor woman's home that is just wrong ur there to help someone then wene they are flat broke kick them wene there down and figure is them off Jonas dubas is a crook
