  Very upscale place. I did not stay at the hotel but had a conference here. Very accommodating staff nice facility. Lots of places to shop. Very clean and elegant facility.

  Everything about it was good. They were so help full this was the first time taking my 6 month old nephew to the city and they provided us with a crib & a stroller it was pink but it's not like he will remember right lol. They help us a lot & everyone was really friendly. Defiantly will come back.

  Very nice hotel. And expensive. Free WiFi in lobby or if sign up for loyalty program otherwise $12+ per day. Did not eat in restaurant - it looks nice but very expensive (weekend buffet breakfast ~$37). Room quite spacious with coffee/tea and minibar. Malfunctioning thermostat in room was annoying, addressed immediately on reporting but not actually fixed.

  Stayed in the delux king room. Nice decor, super comfortable bed and very quiet given the rooms over look the city street.

  My stay at the Fairmont hotel Vancouver was pretty good this time around. I had gone there for my anniversary and I was able to get free chocolates and a balloon from the hotel. Overall great service and very clean room. My only complaint was that the TV or the remote wasn't working and when we would try to watch some movies an error would just pop out. I didn't bother trying to get it fixed since we were planning to explore around downtown anyway.
