  Staff was very helpful and friendly. This Mexican lady even greeted us when we left the restaurant. Great service, however the ribs needs be more fresh and juicy.

  I like Memphis Blues for reasonably priced BBQ, but the food has been lukewarm on my 2 visits. I got Full Slab O' Ribs ($29.95) to share with my friend M and the portion was big for us. It's nice we had tons of fries for our food, but it was too soggy. Ribs were lukewarm and dry.

  The restaurant itself is plain. Easy listening Blues plays in the backgroumd. Pictures of famous Blues singers adorn the walls.

  Brisket was dry. Ribs were average. The sauce was uninspired. Overall, disappointing.

  The food is authentic, plentiful and good. There are even Low Carb options (salads) I particularly appreciate that the BBQ sauce is served on the side, rather than slathered all over.

  Service was great. Food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. So why only 3 stars? Well I was born in Memphis and grew up on how BBQ should be and this missed the mark. I had a BBQ sandwich and it was somewhat dry and lacking the flavor I was looking for. The sauce tasted odd and didn't help add flavor to the meat but rather took away from it. Overall not bad but I most likely will look elsewhere for my BBQ

  Food was amazing at a super great price. Glass cokes are a little too much but that's everywhere. Meat was very easy to bite into even at well done. Atmosphere was great and the waiters are super friendly.
