  I wrote in a customer feedback. I received a call from the "area manager". He accused me of ordering the incorrect item. I said egg and cheese three times, I'm not sure how I can order the wrong item three times? He said his staff has been there for over two years and is very knowledgeable. I guess not knowledgeable enough to know the difference between egg and cheese versus the veggie because that's what I supposedly order? He also said I should have been there watching the food being made. I am sorry but I did not see a sign out front where it says I need to stare at your employees like a hawk so they don't mess up my food? I am allowed to walk away to look at the cookies.

  I come here quite frequently. I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast with coffee. Firstly, I was overcharged. Secondly, I asked for my flatbread to be toasted, it was not warm at all. Lastly, there was no egg.

  I am not expecting reimbursement even though I think that's fair considering you overcharged me and skipped one of the two main ingredients in my sub.
