From our initial contact, they were friendly, easy to communicate with, and made us feel important. The customer service department kept in touch with us,and let my husband and I know that we could reach out to them anytime. They were very helpful! You really do get great customer service.   The color recommendation was excellent, phenomenal service, and they were super easy to work with. We love the end result! I was literally going frantic when seeing the costs by another painting company, but getting in touch with Vancouver Budget Painters not only saved us a lot of money but they worked with us right away. Kerry, who was our assigned estimator, was extremely polite, and very responsive; he responded to a number of texts late at night and was available on the weekends. Kerry went out of his way to help me color coordinate a design in my home and I can't say enough of how pleased I am with the end result. They took the time to listen to what my vision was and made sure that the space reflected in my taste. Their initial recommendation of colors were right on point. Kerry even helped me apply a rather intricate decal to one of our bedrooms, and it came out great. This is a company that I would definitely recommend for professionalism, honesty, and an eye for detail.

  As a young couple, I want to express our entire experience in dealing with this painting company. This is a company that we have really enjoyed meeting and having in our home. They helped us color coordinate a color palette in our new place, and I loved dealing with the entire team. This painting company really cares to please their customer's and it shows. The designer has a wonderful personality, is professional, and does not think twice to go above and beyond to make you happy. This was an overall wonderful experience for us!

  Excellent service and very affordable for us. They helped give me some fresh new inspiring ideas on adding some enhancement to our home. I told them what style we were after and they were very good about staying to that style and giving me great ideas of what and where to find the color themes I was wanting. We are so happy with the final result! Our family has already complimented on the great wall colors selected throughout... WOW! Even our baby's room looks astonishing. I highly recommend them to your home and they will inspire you greatly. They were awesome!!!"

  Our experience with the painters and color designer were awesome! The color designer isn't just an outstanding decorating & color design consultant --she's also a great strategic thinker and knows how to design colors in a home in a short period. She and the painting team were dependable, professional, and offered great service in painting & decorating our home. Undoubtedly the customer service was excellent! We will be recommending everyone highly!
