    Terrible communication and unorganized with scheduling. But good physiotherapy experience overall.

    I am really impressed with the great care BiMP showed towards their clients. I came in with a twisted ankle that was taking longer than I thought usual to heal, and left the appointment feeling slightly unsure about the help I received. But I contacted the studio and was offered a full refund for my appointment and also a pro bono session with the physio manager. I am REALLY pleased with how they treated my feelings towards my session and the lengths they went to making it up to me and wanting me to feel supported in my healing process. Really, really great customer care and service!

    Do not go here. I went with a back spasm and left with a back spasm. I wasted $85 on being given some youtube links to practice breathing. Such a joke!
