  I saw Shenise twice for my shoulder, which hurt when I swam and when I reached overhead. She gave me some exercises, with photos and descriptions which were easy to follow, and did some hands on techniques. After the first session I was able to swim longer without pain, and since the second session my shoulder seems remarkably better. Thanks Shenise !

  I've been to various places (physiotherapy, massage, chiro) in Vancouver for help with my multiple injuries from my competitive sports and life in general. The physiotherapists at Go! Physiotherapy seem to really know their stuff. They won't rush you and put a machine on you and leave you. They seem to have really good knowledge and and hands-on skills, and the exercises they give make sense. Some of them help teach at the physio program at UBC.

  Over the years, for all my little and big issues that required physiotherapy, the team at Go! Physiotherapy has been excellent in helping me and getting me “fixed up”. The clinic and studio is clean and spacious and the staff is attentive, professional, and knowledgeable!

  Our teenage son of 17, Gabriel, is a field hockey player and he was on the team that represented Canada at the U17 Pan American games of 2010. It is because of his years of playing the game at both the provincial and national level that a constant pain has developed on his lower back which has become intolerable for him around the time the 2010 Pan-Am games took place. We are most fortunate to have met Steacy Alexander, the physiotherapist for Canada's field hockey team at the Pan-American games, who assessed our son's playing posture; provided him with photographs of the same; explained to him as to why he was having the back pain and helped him correct it. The pain has disappeared and has not returned to date. Our son is now playing the game even harder but with a pain-free back and with the correct playing posture. We are most pleased to learn just recently that our son is carded as a junior member with the Canadian men's national field hockey team and it is in no small part due to Steacy's correction of his playing posture. We would like to reflect the fact that by far our son is not the only member on the team who has benefited from Steacy's most professional diagnoses and corrections. We are also most impressed of Steacy's ability to work with young adults that we, as parents, find difficult. Thank you, Steacy, you are the best!

  My experience with Grace was fantastic! Not only did she diagnose and help me recover from a current back injury, but she was able to figure out why the injury had happened in the first place (meaning my chance for re-injury was significantly decreased). As well, she was able to figure out the causes for other pains I was having in years past (seemingly unrelated to my current injury, but all coming from the same issue with posture) that other physiotherapists were not able to help me with!
