  Gave them a second chance later, taxi took 20 minutes to arrive and then their driver was taking personal/conference calls the entire ride.

  The services and drivers are horrible. The drivers are the border-line psycho paths, with thirst for accidents. Black Top Cab should not be operating for the sake of people in Vancouver.

  The only reason I give a two star rating is because the driver who actually picked me up deserves five stars. However, cab #60 is the reason Uber needs to come to Vancouver. I scheduled a ride for the airport at 8:30a, cab #60 arrives across the street (10min late) and starts loading another riders luggage while waving and lookin at me the entire time leading me to attempt to cross the street to get to my ride. He continued to motion me over and then I realize he’s getting into his car to drives off with another fair that I order confirmed the ride for!

  Absolutely AWFUL experience!!! Do not ever use these idiots. Called 5 times, waited 2 hours in the pouring rain, and was never picked up. Save your time and use another cab company that actually knows what they’re doing!

  3 times I have used this cab company. The drivers are always rude. Once the driver tried to drive away in the time it took me to get down the elevator from the 27th floor, then yelled at me for wasting his time. Another was ignorant and hung up on me when I told him that his fare was my friend, and was already down in the lobby waiting for him to arrive. The 3rd also was someone who was ignorant because I had to come down from a penthouse and he thought it took to long. I can't wait for Uber to take over Vancouver commuting.

  The driver I received after was amazing but I can not wait for Uber as this is unacceptable behavior. Cab #60... you are the reason the cab service in Canada is horrible and we are like looking for company to take their job seriously. If you get this cab; do yourself a favor and cancel it for a driver who respects what they do.

  Asked for a taxi to Pacific Street. "Pacific boulevard?" no, Pacific Street. "Not showing up. You have the wrong address, call us back when you have the right address"
