    Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm? Closed Saturday & Sunday? What kind of customer service is that for anyone not working downtown? Poor customer service. I've got 2 zone farebook tickets to convert, I live and work in Delta. How am I able to get these loaded onto my Compass card if I can't get get downtown when you are open?

    Terrible customer service, rude and incompetent in helping u. apart from the fact that the whole charging and paying system is flawed and made to make the costumer spend more than it actually need for the fairs
