    Went to pick up a parcel at this location. I arrived just before they were going to close. There was one person in front of me and the clerk said to that person that he would be the last one served and that they will be closed after him. They would not serve me...can someone explain how that works?? If Canada Post wants to stay competitive and be successful in this business, they should be more stringent with their policies on customer service. I find the clerks actions unacceptable..I was in the store, I was in line, I WAS NOT SERVED!! If they were following the policy of Canada Post, then I will definitely avoid the use of their service in future.
