  Let me be the first to say my wife and I didn't make the sale of our condo easy for Leo. After selling our first property with Leo in 24hrs in October our second property was a different story. Between us flip flopping and taking it off only to ask to have it put back on Leo did a unbelievable job securing a second offer when the initial buyer failed to close in the 11th hour. Having already put a offer on our dream home we would have had to walk away if not for Leo's expertise in the market!

  Leo recently helped my wife and I purchase our first single family home just off of Main St. We had been watching the single family market for the previous 12 months and continually watched homes sell for well over asking. Leo came to us with us a house in our ideal neighborhood that was near the top of our price point. He had seen a recent price reduction and thought this could be the perfect home for us. Leo suggested that this home coule work well because it had been on the market for over 30 days and the sellers may be flexible on price due to the recent price drop. After much back and forth we purchased the home at almost $200,000 under the original asking price. Leo's market awareness and negotiating skills certainly helped us with this home. He was very patient over the past 12 months so I am sure he was almost as happy as we were to finally find the right house! We would recommend Leo to anyone looking for their next home or condo!
