  That is for sure the manager has some attitude problem. Judging by other's reviews, most of the customers have experienced her rude behaviour but i don't know why the management still has not taken any action. She is rude and not helpful at all and moreover when she returns the change, she just throw it on the counter. That looks so disrespectful. I am never going to this location again.

  I've shopped at this location alot over the last few years...and have had good and bad experiences​ with the workers. My recent one was I had picked out sandals for my son with the display saying buy one get one free on the style I was going to buy... Went to look for something for myself but couldn't find something I wanted so I went to pay for my sons sandals and it comes up as regular price so the worker calls the manager asking what she had to do.. she told the manager that the sign says BOGO free but the manager says that the sale for that item was over and they didn't honor the display price even though it was their mistake by not removing the sales tag.. I have seen and dealt with the manager from shopping there before, asking her if a certain sandal has arrived or not and she was very rude so knowing how she was I didn't feel like dealing with her so I cancelled my purchase and looked elsewhere.

  Worst experience ever. The manager in there is amazingly rude. It seems like she is already notorious for her rude attitude judging by the review on google map.

  I asked her something and she answered, but that was not what I asked about so I asked her again. It took few min and she said "You are not listening to me. I already explained it to you, and YOU ARE NOT LISTENING. Im not gonna explain it to you again cuz I already explained." like she thinks that im 10 years old or something.

  Good deals on shoes, friendly staff that seemed to have good knowledge from what I could tell. The shoe selection was OK
