  Overall this clinic is an A+ in my books. It's a one stop shop for all your wellness needs. I like that they have an online booking system which allows me to book or cancel my own appointments. I live a busy life so I like the convenience of a click of a mouse. Inspirit Health is so close to my workplace that I just book appointments during my lunch time to accommodate my busy lifestyle. :)

  My sessions with Dr. Lin have always been positive and I always leave the sessions feeling better physically, emotionally and mentally. She was able to help me fix my recurring bladder infections which no General Practitioners were able to figure out and their answer to everything are antibiotics. I appreciate and value the holistic approach that Dr. Lin brings to the table.

  If you have the opportunity to meet with him I highly recommend it, if only to help give you a tuneup when your feeling like everything around you is totally out of control.

  Dr. Mak has gotten me on the right track in fixing my back problems. She has diagnosed issues with my health and set me on a path for recovery. Her IVs and supplements have supported my hectic professional lifestyle in managing helping me manage my stress. She continues to surprise with new treatments like this ultrasound nutrient delivery method. It has greatly improved my shoulder and back mobility while decreasing pain. I highly recommend her as I feel she really cares about helping me improve my health.

  I have been a long time client of Inspirit Health. I enjoy coming to this clinic because there are a lot of experienced/knowledgeable practitioners that work here. I've been seeing Dr. Carol Lin for Naturopathic Medicine, Kent Smith for Registered Massage Therapy and Mahnaz Goghi for Osteopathy.

  Awesome experience! Really look forward to working with Carol. I am finally getting my diet to where it needs to be. I've had so many digestive problems and never knew what was causing it and now I do. Very happy.

  Dr. Olisa Mak has been wonderful. From the very beginning, she has been exceptionally friendly and helpful, and has guided me through my process by creating a plan of action for my treatment and explaining every single step of the plan to me. After a few weeks on her plan, I am feeling magnitudes better than what I was beforehand. I have also received treatment from Kent Smith RMT, and his massage treatment has been nothing short of amazing, and has helped me hugely on my journey. I would recommend Dr. Olisa Mak and Kent Smith, and the Inspirit Group in general, to anyone.

  I've been meeting with Kevin in the Inspirit offices, first and foremost I'll say that there is a calming feeling that comes over you the moment you enter the space.

  My sessions with Kent for RMT have been wonderful. I would show up with a sore and achy body due to sitting at my desk job all day. All the aches and pains would melt away by the end of the sessions. I look forward to booking more sessions with him! :)

  I love that it's a bit removed from the noise of the city, because that's step one. Step two is speaking with Kevin who after twenty-five years of seeking help he is the first person to help me figure out the chaos of my thoughts.

  The prices are fair, the space is calming, and when you leave, you end up feeling as if you've been through a bit of a mental, emotional, spiritual cleansing.

  My session with Mahnaz was great! I never had any exposure to Osteopathy before. She took the time to explain to me what Osteopathy is all about and she was also very thorough in asking me questions about myself and my body. I would say Osteopathy is a mix between RMT and Chiropractic so you get the best of both worlds! She is very knowledgeable about the human body and it's functions. I went in that day with a stomach ache and lower back pain on my left side. By the end of the session my body felt entirely different from when I first walked in. My lower back pain and stomach pain was gone. My body just seemed to flow better and so did my breathing. I will continue with my Osteopath treatments as I know this will greatly benefit my present health.
