  Best service ever! The staff at this Tisol recognize us the moment we come in with our dog. They are so helpful and very knowledgeable. Although we live in Surrey, this is our go-to pet store simply because the staff are so lovely! Special thank you to Christine for all of her knowledge in helping us find a suitable dehydrated dog food for our 120lb dog.

  Clean layout, knowledgeable staff and good variety of products. For some dog food line, make sure you call in advance for stock. Got turned away a few times due to out of stock.

  The staff are always super friendly and helpful, store has a very wide variety of pet foods. They cater mainly to dogs and cats but carry everything for small critters. Unfortunately the new owners stopped carrying my cat's favorite brand Almo Nature.

  A good selection of pet products (from conventional dog food to frozen, raw, dried, dehydrated and more). Staff is usually friendly and most times there is someone who knows a little more than your average sales person. Do expect to pay more than PetSmart though. But the quality of brands they offer doesn't compare.
