Prices are quite high for produce/meat that isn't that great. All the staff are very helpful and nice EXCEPT for the deli and bakery department. I've never received anything but glares and reluctant help anytime I've ever needed anything from them. So much so to the point that if I have to get groceries from this location, I'll just grab the ready packaged meat and/or baked goods. The check-out area could stand to be a little more organized as well.

Your standard grocery store with lot less items. They are starting to have more healthier options nowadays. Some locations have a turkey cranberry sandwich in cranberry bread, this sandwich is awesome and massive so you can easily have it as a meal. all the other food, meh.

Both Robson and this store high quality meat at a very decent price. I used to shop a Costco just for meat. Only Lamb is available at These 2 IGA I shop at, In which Costco don't have. The chicken and beef beat most store in Vancouver in prices & quality. .

Great store. Really nice selection of food. It can be a bit pricey, but then what isn’t when you are in the West End? It’s a bit confusing to navigate at first, what with it being on two floors and all, but basically all grocery items are upstairs and downstairs is reserved for bakery, restaurant, junk food, produce and juices! The only other thing to be aware of is the checkout! The store, yes, it’s horribly laid out, but it’s an odd shape so we can forgive that. However the checks outs are the worst.... there’s virtually no room to line up, so you are all crowded into the one area, which is also the area for hat houses the escalators to take you to the second floor, and it’s the major thruway leading from the front to the back of the store. To say it gets congested is an understatement. Add in some carts, a couple of screaming kids, and maybe a “clean-up in aisle 4” and we are talking Mayhem. That all being said, but my the time you get to the checkout you are raggedy stressed out and grumpy .... and then you are greeted by the person at the checkout. Usually they are the friendliest and nicest people you could meet. The make up for the horrible line up and can turn your day around with their smile or odd banter!

I use here a lot, good deal of meat, fresh bakery. Some goods are a bit costy, so I go to the other place. It open early and close late, a washroom on second floor, ask stuff to let you in. Hope a manager treat stuff more kindly....
