I've booked with Fil, who is quick to answer our questions, knowledgeable about our destinations, and does thorough research to find vacations to suit us and our budget.   We would not use any other agents now to plan our holidays. It's always a very smooth operation, efficiently dealt with by Mark Greenwood. If ever we feel we ought to phone their office, or call in, they are very pleasant and helpful. We have been satisfied with how our enquiries are dealt with and any concerns about our trips are quickly explained. Best Agents we have ever used.
