    I love West Point. They are really a full service operation - if you buy a bike from them and ever have any issues, they deal with it immediately, competently, and with a smile. I can't say enough good things about their customer service; they always go above and beyond.

    My favorite bike store in Van. I tried many and bought from other places but I keep returning here. The prices are the one imposed by Trek/bontrager so

    I took my bike here to get it fixed. When I asked how much it'll take to get it fixed, I was told around $50, which I thought was a good price. Once my bike was fixed, I was charged $90. That's not around $50 at all. They did a great job fixing the bike, but I'm not too happy with the price as it was pretty unexpected.
