  The two staff members looked like deer in the headlights. They showed NO professionalism, compassion or empathy for the situation except to offer to get me a car from another company "at a higher price" - like I didn't end up doing that myself! STAY AWAY. SHUT THEM DOWN.

  El servicio es muy malo! Mi licencia de maneja es de MÉXICO y La información que dan en el sitio web no es exactamente clara ya que NO especifican que la licencia de manejar debe de estar en inglés, además el servicio de la oficina y el call center es pésimo

  These guys are nuts. And both their Richmond and downtown Vancouver location showed the same pricing. So it must be based on availability. They have two or three cars total, and I soon as they have one left they try to collect the purchase price of the vehicle from someone who wants to rent it for a week.

  The worst service! I am from Mexico City, have a license issue in Spanish And when I got to their office to pick up the rental, they just declined the rental since my license is not in English. I strongly think They should specify that is a requirement! I tried to call to try to fix the problem and their agents were not helpful at all.

  Truth be told, I didn't even get to the point where I had booked a reservation with them and I'll tell you why. When going on Travelocity, Expedia and Priceline looking for a vehicle last Thursday for a two day rental, The price range anywhere from about $55 up to $150 from various companies throughout Vancouver. And then there was Ace Rent a Car.

  Again, Google should have a zero star option. To write these guys as having one star, which equals about 20%, is about 10 times what they deserve.

  Honestly, when I sought I just couldn't stop laughing. Unfortunately it seems like people actually rent from this company as is evidenced by the other two reviews.
