    One rude, condescending, and unprofessional lady, watch out for her. Please hire more employees and use rotation if overwhelmed by the workload

    Ditto Ijjy...watch out for the rude lady. I have never encountered such a visibly apathetic person. I highly recommend hiring nicer people who actually try to represent Korea in a better light.

    여권 잃어버려서 어떻게 해야 하냐고 도움 요청하니..머리 질끈 묶은 여성 직원 왈..잃어버리신걸 이쪽에 물어보면 안되구요..양식있으니 알아서 작성하시고 주세요..ㅋ 이게 관공서에서 일한다는 직원의 태도인가요? 최소한 이런 업무를 다루는 쪽에 있으면 어투에서부터 자질있는 사람을 앉혀 놓아야 하는거 아닌가요?ㅋ

    게시된 공휴일과 다른날에 쉬면 공지해야 헛걸음 안하죠... 한국 휴일날 쉬고 캐나다 휴일에 쉬고..구글에 확인해보고 왔는데 오늘 4시반까지라고 버젓히 올려놓고.. 그냥 도움이 안되는 곳
