  Called Saturday to confirm the delivery for next day Sunday. We confirmed twice that the delivery cannot be Saturday (day of the call) because the recipient won't be home till 11pm, and because I'd like the delivery to be on her birthday Sunday. 2 hours after the call (Saturday), they still decided to just drop off the flowers at her door. They called her to tell her they left the flowers lying on her doorstep at around 4pm and to bring them inside because otherwise they would die in the cold 0 degree weather. She made a trip home despite her plans to be out till 11pm. The flowers did die. I called the florist to ask why the delivery still happened when I said she wasn't going to be home till 11pm and when we just confirmed a few hours ago that the delivery would be next day. They said "well, we just decided it would be today. We spoke to her over the phone, she went home and has the flowers now, so all is good ok?"

  Went in to by some roses. They were so helpful. Gave me tips on how to keep them longer, plant food and a plastic pot to store them!

  Polite and fantastic service. Fresh flowers and knew exactly what I wanted. Went out if their way to deliver when my daughter was home. Good value for the beautiful bouquet sent.

  Just wanted the flowers delivered on a specified day. Paid the $15 delivery fee. Confirmed date with them twice. Not only did the delivery not happen on the agreed upon date (confirmed twice), they just left the flowers lying on the doorstep in 0 degree weather knowing the recipient wouldn't be home till at least 6 hours later. They called telling her that the flowers need to be brought in, because they knew the flowers would die.
