    The salesmen were very nice overall and we are very happy with other locations (bought a mattress in the surrey location with no issues) I think this location's issue is customer service.

    Lots of sales people, which is great if you prefer to be assisted by someone. I prefer to spend most of my time browsing without assistance, even turning to my phone for answers to questions about a product.

    On my recent trip, the sales people that approached me were all respectful of that, and less hawkish than I'm used to (which is good) but the selection of product and attention to displays was noticeably less than prior trips (my last round, I bought a TV, couch, kitchen table with chairs, and some other odds and ends, 3 years ago, and there was definitely more selection).

    Not impressed, it doesn't smell good, but the staff was fairly decent. Very old store feel.

    I never trust that the brick will have the best prices, but often choose them because it is easy to get a desk when combining multiple large purchases.

    I want to give them zero stars. I purchased a sectional online and it was supposed to be delivered between 1-4. The delivery was still not made and ti was 4:30 so I called my service store grandview to see the status because I had dinner plans and wanted to make sure it would show up prior to me leaving. When i spoke to the associate at the Brick they were unable to locate the driver or get a hold of him. The associate said he would call me back. I waited 45mins and no call. I called back and received the same excuse. Then we received a call from dispatch and said the delivery was delayed until 7-8. I called the store back and asked if it would be delivered today. They told me delivery would be made for sure. So I cancelled my plans as I did not want to deal with the hassle of rescheduling and waiting again. When I did speak to the manager she was quick to refund the delivery charge but was unable to offer any other assistance and kept saying it will be delivered today. She was actually a bit rude, I will not say I was nice back as I was frustrated waiting for so long and the manager and associates were no help. In the end my sectional was never delivered and I did not receive a phone call to tell me that. I had to call the dispatch line as the store did not answer the phone, I called multiple times despite being open until 9pm. I will be declining the delivery and will push for a refund as I do not want to deal with the Brick. Be warned if you order from the Brick you may have to wait 8hrs like I did and still have no sectional...

    The Asian communities should try to avoid purchasing products from The Brick & Leon's Furniture and avoid using TransGlobal Service because this company mistreats their Asian employees! Asian employees get lower pay with less job security. I know a few Asian employees who have been terminated without just reasons!

    My husband and I bought a couch online and changed our mind since we didnt think it would work for us after we saw it in person while shopping for a new mattress in a different brick location. Called customer service and they were very nice and canceled my delivery. We agreed that I would go into a store to see in person if there was anything I liked better and do an exchange.

    I've bought couches on two occasions from here - both times, the couch wouldn't fit in the elevator for my apartment, and both times they took the couch back and let me select one that did fit, without a loss to myself - that is stunning service. Maybe this round of living room upgrades, I'll have learned my lesson!

    If she had taken a whole 10 seconds to hear why I was there (like the salesmen did), instead of getting to the point and to the last minute acting as if she is right, she would've gotten a happy customer and a sale.

    Went to the store on Grandview HWY in Vancouver and I did find something I liked better so I went to customer service to tell them what I was there for and how I could exchange. The atendant there (Rosella) interrupted me before I could tell her why I was there, asking for my ID and CC so she could do a return before I could even tell her that I did find something I wanted.
