  Urban Barn checked to see if the items I wanted were in their storage and were willing to stay open after closing hours to allow me time to get my car and drive it around the back of the story for pickup. The staff carried out the lamps for me and were very friendly.

  Great experiences at Urban Barn this weekend. Got all my Black Friday shopping done, great new living room chairs, side tables, lamp and such. Very helpful staff.

  We walked In and all the staff was standing behind the counter. One lady said hi and we said hi back. And then they all just stared at us. It felt really awkward to be honest. We looked around, we spent a ton of time looking for a floor lamp that day. And stood there

  Looking at one in particular. No one came up to us, no one asked if we had any questions. We left and they said bye. Then we came back after checking out other stores. And went back to the same lamp. Again a hi and staring but no customer servus. We were clearly interested in something. So I went to the counter to grab help. And it wasn’t until we bought a $400 lamp that they were suddenly nice and asking if we needed help or would like to see anything else. So frustrating. You’d think a store with such nice furnature would have great customer servus at all times. Not just when they think you’ll buy something. I Dont usually write reviews, but then I got an email saying thank you and to please write one. And it frustrated me to receive that after such a so so experience. So there stars for the awesome furniture but not so good servus.
