  We had the pleasure of shopping at Cantu to look for ideas for our recent bathroom renovation which was taking place on our home on a small island - so we had no room for error in shipping the parts and choosing the right pieces to start with. We worked with Donna and she was incredibly helpful in offering us not only design ideas/suggestions but was so knowledgable about the product information and ensured we had thought of absolutely everything that we would require to make our dream bathroom. We are thrilled with the products we chose, but were so impressed with the prompt quotes, detailed itemized lists of items we would require, and her pleasant and professional customer service. Great experience!

  I was wary from reading some negative reviews on its customer service before visiting the showroom. Our experience was absolutely fabulous. Not only the size of showroom and organization of the product display wow me, the customer service provided by our extremely knowledgeable rep., Thompson Tan was over and above my expectation. He provided such great insight in choosing the right bathroom products for our remodeling project. He sets the gold standard for customer service. We will definitely be back.

  We love using Cantu Bathroom and Hardware products in the homes we build and renovate. Cantu always has a great selection in bathroom and kitchen hardware. These products complete the look of the homes we build and our clients are never disappointed. 2 years ago we had the pleasure of working with Cantu to a build a booth for the Luxury Home and Design Show. We won the award of best booth at the show along side Interior Designer Catherine Adams. We would recommend Cantu products to anyone!
