worst experience I have had and I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE TO GO THERE if you are in need of emergency care. Because you won’t get taking care of in emergency way...

The doctor did not listen to me properly when I was telling him my symptoms and after X-ray they put me back on wheelchair and kept me in waiting area for 5 hours and they forgot to give me my pain killer even though I mentioned that I was in so much pain!

My wife delivered our baby boy here. Outstanding service from the nurses and doctors. They were extremely helpful and were with us all day and night helping my wife. Once our boy was born the nurses were just amazing.

All they cared about was to make sure homeless people don’t lye down on the chairs in the waiting area...

I have never had someone to take care of me so well in my life as nurses at St. Paul's. All of them are very supportive and helpful. Amazingly patient and kind. Doctors are professional, ready to hear and meet your needs in the best way. When it comes to surgery, all the process is highly organized so yo can let yourself go and rely on their team as they will do everything in the best way.

Visited my Grandpa who was here after a fall. The nurses here are amazing they work in spite of the conditions. I would give the facility a one star and the nurses and doctors a 5 star. The place is running down and it's true that due to its location near downtown that there's some addicts trying to get their fix. Again that's not the staffs fault. It's good that they are moving facilities and hopefully soon. The staff deserve better.
