  Stalls are a good size. Inconvenience in paying had to take elevator when I wad in a hurry just to pay.

  The worst place to park downtown. They advertise a flat rate to park all day on weekends that is $10, then they charge $13.75 when you leave. This company is owned by the city of Vancouver, which is more disappointing. The city of Vancouver is continuing to screw drivers downtown by reducing available parking, closing streets, restricting turns and another annoyances. Avoid this place and do not give the city of Vancouver any of your money. A long time ago this used to be a good value to park downtown when it was $4 to park all day on weekends. Then they increased to $6, $7.50, and $10. Enough is enough. Now the worst place to park. Avoid this place.

  I havent figured why they just dont bump the rates straight to 70$ per day. Thats where they are headed anyways. Why the pussyfooting around?

  A few years ago used to be 4$ for evenings after 6pm, all day weekends and holidays, then got bumped to 6$ then 10$ and now 21$.

  It was my go to parking spot. Now, I found a nearby parkade that cost a fraction of the price. I wont ever park here again.
