  WORST PHARMACY - I don't think I have ever had a good experience here and that is in all honesty. Every single time I come here (and I don't know why I keep coming back, this pharmacy messes up my prescriptions, my orders, everything). Today my doctor called in my prescription at 3PM and they said they had no record of it. Every time I order something, they never have it on time or they never call me. They are rude, they are not helpful and they have very poor customer service.

  Prices are good but the service is terrible. They were supposed to renew my prescription one month ago and didn't follow up. It is the pharmacy's responsibility to follow-up and ensure the fax gets to the Dr. They never followed up. I'm out of my prescription and they are not doing a very good job of following up now. What do I do without my prescription? Go blind?!?! I need my eye drops!!!! They told me to 'relax'. Condescending and rude is what that is.

  The service is really bad and one of their staff is super rude, unbelievable. I dont know her name, but she is a girl with short hair and usually stand in the drop off prescription area. The story is I got the prescription from the doctor, and my insurance benefit can cover 100% my bill with the prescription. When I showed my insurance benefit card, she was impatient and said you should give me earlier. Why she didn't ask me earlier? That is okay, after she said this medicine can't be covered by my insurance. I said it is impossible because my insurance cover 100% medicine with prescription. She became very impatient and rude, and said you should check your insurance first, then come. I was really annoyed why I should check first? If I check, how I can know which prescription that doctor will provide me? After she asked me to go to another counter to pay the money in full, she left without any words. It is very horrible service and I feel really uncomfortable. I don't mind If I can't get covered by insurance, but she should treat customer with basic respect, not challenge and rude all the time. I still remember last time I was there and drop off my prescription, and asked her some questions, and she was very impatient as well. I won't go to this pharmacy anymore, never!!!
