  I mostly appreciate the direct and individualized approach; every time I've gone and every physio I've seen at the clinic has made me feel like the focus of the session from treatment to exercise. As an athlete they have been very functionally based, with the goal of getting me moving, focusing on the exercises that matter and always optimistic (can't stress how valuable this has been for me when injury has me feeling depressed or anxious).

  I had a bad experience with a receptionist named MaryAnn on a Tuesday afternoon. She was so condescending, rude and overall just a horrible person. She was constantly on her phone and waited till she was done her text and then talked to whoever walked by.

  I live in East Vancouver and its always worth the effort to make the trek across town to visit the clinic on west 4th!

  NOT RECOMMENDED. This city is saturated with Physiotherapy clinics, go somewhere else. This is a starting ground for recent grads and those are not the people you want experimenting with your body. There are many clinics with a staff of 10+ experience.

  I've had nothing but great experiences with the physios and staff at West 4th over the past several years. I've come here for help with concussion recovery, torn ACL rehab, a contusion, muscle imbalances from training for sport, neck and back pain and sprained ribs - and every time I've received top notch care and excellent help to get me back to feeling great.
